C.C. Wall
C.C. Wall brings a wealth of experience and skill to the pursuit of her seller and buyer clients’ goals. With an extensive background in Corporate Marketing and Sales and an MBA, C.C. creates unique marketing plans for all her listings to insure they are positioned correctly in the marketplace. This combined with her decorating and staging talents help make properties come alive ---- and maximize their value.
A native of Baltimore, C.C. Wall has lived on the East Side for 9 years and 2 years in Newport. C.C. holds an MBA from the Anderson School of Business at UCLA and previously worked as a Marketing and Sales Manager for McCormick Spices, Dixie Paper Products and Crayola prior to her career in Real Estate. With all these experiences she brings a professional, business orientation to the real estate process --- and with a healthy dose of enthusiasm ---- a winning strategy for you.
C.C. is proud to work as a real estate team with her husband Christopher Wall, whom she met in a real estate class. The blend of skills they provide their clients is second to none: from staging to marketing to negotiating, Chris and C.C. Wall will guide you through every step of a real estate transaction....and you will have fun in the process!
In addition to owning East Side Multi Family investment properties, Chris and C.C. live in a 200 year old house on Providence's Benefit Street, known as “The Mile of History.” They are proud to live in such a vibrant community and be stewards of an antique house.
C.C. is a member of the Board of Directors of the Providence Preservation Society and has served as co-chair of the Spring Tour of Historic Houses and the Benefit Street Holiday Festival. C.C. holds the Accredited Buyer's Representation designation as well as the Providence Preservation Historic House Specialist designation. |

Chris Wall
Chris Wall has been a Realtor for five years and an East Side resident for 11 years. Chris came to the “Renaissance City” as an on-air reporter for the local NBC affiliate WJAR Channel 10 after stints reporting for stations in Wyoming and Louisiana. Chris brings to bear his analytical, research and listening skills from journalism for his real estate clients whether it is pricing a listing properly for a seller or finding the right neighborhood for a buyer.
Chris is happy to be working with his wife CC (they met in real estate class!) as a real estate team. The blend of skills they provide their clients is second to none: from staging to marketing to negotiating, Chris and CC will guide you through every step of a real estate transaction whether buying or selling.
In addition to owning East Side multi family investment properties, Chris and CC live in a 204 year old house on Benefit Street, Providence’s best known street, known as “The Mile of History.” They both are active leaders in the Providence Preservation Society and hold the PPS Historic House Specialist designation.
Chris also serves on the Board of Directors of the Greater Providence Board of Realtors (GPBOR) and the Pawtucket Day Child Development Center. He is the chairman of the Government Affairs Committees of both the Rhode Island Association of Realtors and the GPBOR. |
