Number of homes sold on the East Side of Providence has fallen off its peak of 2004.  It is interesting to note that the number of mulitfamilies peaked in 2004 as condo converters bought up existing inventory.  The number of Condos peaked in 2005 and has steadily fallen.  Multifamilies have been the hardest hit category of properties on the East Side as condo converters have left the market.
